Kristen joined Diverge Properties as the first official Property Manager of the Brio Building in Oshkosh. In that role, she helped lay the groundwork for resident services and day-to-day building operations, with an emphasis on responsiveness and creating a welcoming community. As Diverge has grown, so has Kristen’s role. She now supports property operations across the portfolio, working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

With years of experience in customer service and management, Kristen is known for her thoughtful, detail-oriented approach. Whether she’s assisting residents, implementing new procedures, or supporting teammates, she’s the person you can rely on to ensure things are handled efficiently and with care.

Outside the office, Kristen enjoys life with her husband, David, and their dog, Daphne. She loves online shopping, seasonal decorating, trying fancy dinners with friends, and traveling; especially if it means planning another Disney trip!
