Alex Nennig is our Maintenance Technician based in Oshkosh primarily servicing Brio Building and Mackson Corners. Alex performs general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems for the facility. His day-to-day is filled with troubleshooting and solving issues that arise to keep the properties operating smoothly. Alex is responsible for maintaining company standards for cleanliness, safety, physical condition, and resident satisfaction.

Alex has a well rounded set of skills and brings 6 years of facilities management experience to his role. The passion he has for this position stems from the diversity in tasks and his ability to help others. At the end of the day, he loves being able to reflect on what tasks he has completed, and leave knowing he made improvements. This position brings him a sense of accomplishment and excitement for future projects.

When Alex isn’t working, he enjoys many different hobbies including: video games, playing guitar, watching movies, and anything related to music. Alex is very involved at his church and volunteers frequently with his wife.
