Brad is the Maintenance Technician for North Side Yard, a residential apartment community located in Stevens Point, WI. Brad’s main priority is maintaining the facility and company standards for cleanliness, safety, physical condition, and resident satisfaction.

Brad brings many years of maintenance experience to his role at North Side Yard. His well rounded set of skills range from experience in construction work, maintenance, remodeling, facilities management, and telecommunications. The passion he has for maintenance work and taking care of residential properties and communities stems from his hard work ethic and enjoyment of accomplishing tasks. Brad’s favorite part of his position is that every day is different, and enjoys the opportunity to interact with residents and vendors on property.

During his free time, Brad enjoys a wide variety of hobbies and interests. He loves tapping into his artistic side by oil painting and drawing. Brad also enjoys working on cars and spending time with his children.
