Eleanor Horvath is the Property Manager serving North Side Yard, located in Stevens Point, WI. In this position, Eleanor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property management and operations of the 159 unit residential apartment community. Eleanor handles tenant relations including lease administration, maintenance requests, showings & open houses, and general on-site support.

Eleanor is very passionate about advocacy, social work, and being involved in the community. As a Stevens Point native she has a strong connection to the area. Eleanor is committed to learning about different cultures and walks of life, and encourages others to get involved. She’s excited to be a part of a new downtown living space that offers a diverse mix of tenants and an attractive lifestyle that is transforming the future of the Stevens Point community.

When she’s not in the office, Eleanor loves spending time with her two sons. They enjoy many activities together including, attending live music, playing at parks, and taking walks along the Wisconsin River. Her personal hobbies include writing poetry, reading, and any creative project she can get her hands on.
