Erin Stiteley recently joined the Merge Urban Development team as a Project Manager. In this role, she works with the team on creating processes that make the company more efficient. She has a detail oriented personality and loves to stay organized, which suits her well in her project management position.

Real Estate is in her blood, as she grew up with her parents founding and running a small real estate company, which they still own today. She has shadowed them for years and uses that experience as she works on developing procedures for the Merge projects in Iowa and Wisconsin. For the past five years, Erin has also worked as an independent contractor, in an event planner role with local Wisconsin businesses.

When she’s not working, Erin spends time with her husband Ross biking, traveling, and fixing up their 1925 home. She also has a love for crafting, puzzling, and catching up with friends. Her volunteer experience includes preparing tax returns for low income families with VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance), being an ambassador of the Greater Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, and countless other non-profit organizations.
