Giana Giarusso joined the Diverge team in Summer 2023 as Assistant
Property Manager based at Andante in Eau Claire. She manages the
74 unit property along the riverfront with support from the Madison office.
In this position, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations
at Andante, guiding tours, processing and scheduling work orders, and
communicating with residents.

Giana is passionate about real estate and positioned to grow along with
Diverge’s growing units under management in the Eau Claire market.
Timely and thorough communication are some of Giana’s strengths.
Previous to her role at Diverge, she took pride in professionally
overseeing over 300 units in the Eau Claire area as a Leasing Agent.

When she’s not in the office, Giana is fostering her entrepreneurial spirit and
marketing savvy as the co-founder of EC Vintage. Giana is also one of eight
siblings and enjoys spending time with those that are close by.
