Justin Bolger is the Vice President of Development, working with Merge’s Managing Partner, Brent Dahlstrom, in the Iowa office. He specializes in tax credit and grant writing for large projects including Workforce Housing Tax Credits, Redevelopment Tax Credits for Brownfield & Grayfield sites, Community Development Block Grants, and Main Street Iowa Grants. Justin has successfully secured over $15M in grants and tax credits over 20+ projects.

Since 2008, Justin has been with Brent, helping him with a variety of projects until he settled into his current role. Working on all facets of construction projects including bidding, project management, and in field construction and management of subcontractors makes him well-versed in the entire process. He enjoys working with owners, design teams, and subcontractors to find efficient and effective solutions for project completion.

Justin, his wife Kaitlyn and their 3 daughters currently live in his hometown of Cedar Falls, IA. If he’s not in the office, you’ll find him spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and being a part of daughters' sports and activities. Being a baseball college student athlete, he is still passionate about the sport and enjoys cheering on his favorite MLB team, the Los Angeles Dodgers.
