Kristen Paulsen is Merge Urban Development’s first official Property Manager. She manages the Brio Building in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In this position, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property oversight and operations. Kristen also handles tenant relations including lease administration, maintenance requests and onsite support.

Exceptional customer service skills, being detail oriented, organized and efficient are just a few of Kristen’s qualities that make her an exceptional property manager. She has been in a customer service and management role since graduating college in 2012. The experience she brings to the Brio Building is an asset not only to the tenants, but to Merge as well.

When she’s not in the office, Kristen is with her husband, David and their dog, Brody. She enjoys decorating her home, boating, and travelling to new places, or planning another trip to Disney!
