Randy Southerland is the Maintenance Technician for North Side Yard, a 159 unit residential apartment community located in Stevens Point, WI. Randy’s main priority is maintaining the facility and company standards for cleanliness, safety, physical condition, and resident satisfaction.

Randy has twenty-seven years of experience in carpentry and brings many skills to North Side Yard. He loves hands-on work that he can take his time on and ensure that it’s done right. Randy prides himself on his attention to detail and that he gets to lend a helping hand when needed.

When he’s not working, Randy loves spending time outdoors, fishing year round and golfing when the midwest weather cooperates. He also enjoys traveling to different states to visit his family members.
