Tom Miller is Property Manager at The Common Place, located in the Village of Ashwaubenon's Sports & Entertainment District, just blocks from Lambeau Field & Titletown amenities. Tom is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property management and operations of the 88 unit residential apartment community. Tom handles tenant relations including lease administration, maintenance requests, showings & open houses, facilities management, and general on-site support.

Tom has over eight years of experience working in Multi-family Property Management. Tom worked in Colorado Springs, CO for five years, and most recently in Milwaukee, WI for the past three. His love for Property Management started in college when he was a Resident Advisor at UW-Stout along with his now wife, Marlena! Tom is passionate about creating fun experiences for residents and building a strong community at The Common Place. One of Tom’s favorite things about being in the Property Manager role is identifying what people need and helping them get what they’re looking for.

Outside of work, Tom loves spending time with his wife and two children along with their family dog. They enjoy many activities together including going to the zoo, getting ice cream, movie nights, and just spending time as a family. Tom has a wide variety of personal hobbies that include: cooking with his new electric meat smoker, snowmobiling, tubing, and hiking.
