Trae Berhow is the Property Manager serving Andante, a 76-unit mixed-use building located in Eau Claire, WI. In this position, Trae is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day property activities and operations including showings and open houses. Trae handles tenant relations including lease administration, maintenance requests, and on-site support.

Trae’s enthusiasm and sociability drew him to a customer-facing role with the Diverge Property Management Team. In his 5 years as a student-athlete, Trae sharpened his communication, teamwork, and time management skills. He is eager to apply these skill sets to business.

Outside of work, Trae enjoys exploring the numerous trails in the Eau Claire region with his girlfriend Danielle and dog Zelos. A Minnesota-native, he also enjoys hunting and time up north with extended family.
