The Common Place Phase 2 is a 5-story mixed-use building on the 600 Block of Mike McCarthy Way, continuing Merge's phased development of Ashwaubenon's Sports & Entertainment District just blocks from Lambeau Field and Titletown. This project will include 91 residential units and five ground-floor commercial suites.

Phase 2 delivers the next stage of the Main Street destination Merge proposed in response to the Village of Ashwaubenon's 2019 RFP — extending the block established in Phase 1 with street-level commercial space that serves residents and visitors alike, year-round.
