The Common Place on Mike McCarthy Way is a 5-story mixed-use building on a former industrial site on the 600 Block of Mike McCarthy Way. The project is located in the Village of Ashwaubenon's Sports & Entertainment District, just blocks from Lambeau Field & Titletown amenities. It will include approximately 80 residential units and a recreational climbing gym.
In 2019, the Village of Ashwaubenon released an RFP for 6 acres in the community's Sports & Entertainment District. Merge was selected for its proposal for a phased mixed-use development that would begin to establish a Main Street destination for both residents and visitors within the district. The Common Place brand blends the past farm lands where the Green Bay Packers established a playing field with the present vision for an urban gathering place for sports, recreation, and society year-round.
