The development team connected with the founders of Odyssey Climbing Co. in 2020 and instantly loved their vision for a climbing-based community in Northeast Wisconsin. The development site is located in the Village of Ashwaubenon's Sports & Entertainment District near Lambeau Field and Titletown. The facility will feature climbing walls that tower over 45 feet, approximately 175 linear square feet for top-rope climbing, and over 115 linear square feet for bouldering. In addition to climbing, members and community will have access to fitness space, programmed fitness classes including yoga, and event space with courtyard views onto Mike McCarthy Way.

The project will make Northeast Wisconsin a destination for both recreational and competitive climbers. Slingshot Architecture brings project experience from its work on Climb Iowa - Des Moines. Greenfire Management Services brings experience from its construction management role at AdventureRock - Milwaukee. The design gives special attention to day-lighting the large gym, creating a pleasant interior environment for climbers and visual interest for passersby.

Tenant Partnership:

– 10 year lease for 11,528 square feet

– The first residents of The Common Place will receive a complimentary 1-year membership

– Cohesive project team (owner, architect, contractor) for exterior and interior build-out
